These Coaching Terms & Conditions ("Coaching Terms") govern the provision of fitness coaching services by Gutzfit Ltd (company number 17260999) to clients. By purchasing or engaging in coaching services, you agree to these Coaching Terms in addition to our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Gutzfit provides online coaching and one-to-one coaching services. The specific services, deliverables, and pricing are as described at the time of purchase or as agreed during your strategy call.

The following terms apply to online coaching:

• One full calendar month's notice is required to cancel online coaching.
• Coaching fees are payable in advance.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in these Terms.
• Coaching plans are tailored specifically to each client and must not be shared, copied, distributed, or sold.
• Results are dependent on the client's adherence to the training, nutrition, and coaching guidance provided.
• Gutzfit does not guarantee specific results.
• Clients must provide accurate information regarding their health, training history, and lifestyle.
• Weekly check-ins must be completed by the client to receive ongoing feedback and programme adjustments.
• Failure to check in may affect the quality of support and results achieved.
• Gutzfit reserves the right to amend training and nutrition plans based on progress, injuries, or changing goals.
• Gutzfit reserves the right to terminate coaching where there is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour.

The following terms apply to one-to-one coaching:

• All coaching packages must be paid in advance.
• All bookings and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in these Terms.
• Sessions must be booked and used within the month purchased.
• Unused sessions cannot be carried forward into future months.
• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session.
• Rescheduled sessions remain subject to Gutzfit availability.
• Any rescheduled session must be completed within the same month as the original booking.
• Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the session being forfeited.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
• Clients are responsible for attending sessions fit and healthy enough to train safely.
• Clients must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or relevant health concerns before training.
• Gutzfit reserves the right to terminate coaching if a client behaves inappropriately, aggressively, or breaches agreed terms.

Where applicable under UK consumer law, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, by acknowledging at checkout that personalised coaching will commence immediately, you request that services begin during the cooling-off period and understand this may affect your right to a full refund once coaching has commenced.

Refund eligibility for personalised coaching services is limited once programme preparation or delivery has begun, as set out in these Coaching Terms.

Personalised coaching may begin immediately upon purchase or approval, including programme preparation, account setup, and initial communications. By proceeding with purchase, you acknowledge and agree to immediate commencement of personalised coaching services.

Missed sessions without required notice are forfeited. Clients who fail to engage with coaching (including missed check-ins or sessions) without communication may have their coaching paused or terminated at Gutzfit's discretion, without refund for unused services.

You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in training and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. Gutzfit is not liable for injury resulting from failure to disclose health information or from training against medical advice.
